I am very happy with the Lumastrobe lights I recently purchased and installed at the end of my dock and boat lift in the Chesapeake Bay area. I was able to adapt the lights very quickly for use and they are working great! They clearly mark the end of my dock very effectively at night.

The lights are performing very well. We use Lumastrobe solar lights for when we go out to the flight line to service/work on aircraft. It is a requirement on many airfields to have illuminated beacons when working around aircraft during dark hours. What makes your product superior is the fact that it can be attached to the roof of a vehicle with magnets. Your solar powered lights are the most beneficial because they allow us to install them on vehicles without having to make modifications to the vehicle’s wiring and they are not permanent mount so I can easily switch between vehicles if needed. They also allow for positive control of lights because I can easily bring them inside and control them as a tool going out with the individual instead of having to spend additional time making sure the lights are working correctly on each vehicle.

The fact that your product can be installed and relied on to function properly takes all the possible human error out of it. There have been times with other strobes that plug into the cigarette lighter that don’t work properly or get pulled out of the socket thus not fulfilling the requirement to have an illuminated beacon around the aircraft.

In accordance with Travis AFB Airfield Driving Instruction, during the hours of darkness and during inclement weather, vehicles must have a flashing beacon to identify the vehicles, front and rear. Also to avoid draining the vehicle battery, the strobes must have their own electrical system. We chose your solar light to recharge the system to avoid waiting on a strobe to charge indoors. Not only do all military airfields abide by this instruction, all civilian airfields adhere to the same standard.

I recently purchased a low temperature alarm light from Lumastrobe. As it turned out the unit suffered an "Out of the Box Failure" which can happen with any product. I contacted Lumastrobe and the unit was replaced. All through out the process Lumastrobe and especially Theresa answered my emails promptly and provided excellent customer care. The replacement is working great. Theresa insured that the replacement was expedited to me as I was leaving for the winter and wanted the light in place before my departure. Customer satisfaction and concern for their customers is obviously at the top of the list for Lumastrobe. They are a great company to deal with!

Lumastrobe received this review after a customer was dissatisfied with a competitor’s product and purchased our rodent deterrent model SL-C-RD.

I build monitoring equipment for harsh environments and we have used a lot of Lumastrobe Warning Lights. We are very pleased with them. I tested one of the LX-18’s under saltwater. It flashed steady for 50 days before it became too dim to see. I replaced the batteries and I am testing again. I expect it will do well on the next test. We will be using more of the Lumastrobe LX-18's soon.

We have relied on Lumastrobe to supply us with solar powered amber warning lights for our cottage customers for many years now. We and our customers have always been pleased with how these lights perform year after year. We first went to Lumastrobe a few years ago when the rules for open water identification changed from red solid lights to amber flashing lights. During limited visibility we deploy signs indicating an escort is required. Our previous lights were outdated, batteries costly and difficult to find. We updated our lights to the Lumastrobe LX-18. I am amazed by the quality of these lights. The brightness surpasses the archaic lights we had in the past. Batteries are much easier to replace and last much longer. We had the lights posted and flashing for a couple weeks non-stop and the batteries still did not need to be replaced. Great product!

I have them at 30 locations and they work great compared to the various home made lights we have used in the past.
